BOOKING PROCESS:

After getting your request, within 24 hours we will send you suggestions how to best arrange your trip, with options on tours and prices.

Upon receiving your decision we will make the necessary arrangements (for hotels and transportation, domestic flights...)
Within three working days you will receive the final confirmation of all reservations for your tour, together with invoice and payment terms etc.
You send back to us your acceptance on our final confirmation and our payment agreement.
You follow our payment structure and your travel arrangement with us is completed.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
when your request is confirmed, the deposit of 30% of total payable amount is requested.
3 weeks prior to arrival date, the balance is requested to be paid (Any booking prior less than 3 week will be base on our regulation in the tour/service confirmation).
PAYMENT METHOD:
Your payment can be made through bank transactions to our bank account (bank details will be listed in the tour confirmation and invoice). You are responsible for any transaction fees and must send us information about your money transactions. We also accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master or American Express). In this case, you must fax to us a signed payment guarantee form.

The balance: The balance must be paid at latest 3 weeks prior to arrival date, either by bank transfer or by Credit card. Cash payment upon your arrival is also acceptable in some cases.

Option: For Serial Bookings we can arrange a floating deposit and deduct the deposit partially after 3 month of operations on a 6 months term operation. In this option we offer 30 days payment dead line after receiving invoice and eventual remaining funds after 6 months will be transfered to new agreements or transfered back to you.
CANCELLATION FEES:

Before 45 days: No charge

44 to 31 days before arrival: 30% of amount price

30 to 22 days before arrival: 50% of amount price

21 to 14 days before arrival: 70% of amount price

13 to 7 days before arrival: 90% of amount price

Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of amount price
Important Notes:
The travel industry in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand is still in its infancy. While the freshness and novelty of tourism in these countries is part of the appeal to many visitors, others might see things differently. It is important to recognize that the level of service and standards in some areas, while improving, is not yet comparable to service standards in more mature travel destinations.
The information contained in these Terms and Conditions is part of your contract with us. Once we have accepted your reservation and you have paid your Deposit there will be a legally binding contract between us.
The Terms and Conditions can only be varied or modified in writing by us and no employee or agent, including your travel agent, has the authority to modify or vary these Terms and Conditions.
It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully and if you do not understand them you must contact us for further information.
Refunds and Unused Services:
Travel arrangements cancelled, amended or altered within 24 hours of your departure or once travel has commenced do not qualify for any refund whatsoever. Services unused or cancelled for any reason are not refundable. |
